One evening per week (varies)
One Saturday per month (varies)

Please call or email if you have scheduling questions.

Regular visits are $85.00, however, when scheduling your first appoinement plan on the FIRST OFFICE VISIT taking seventy-five minutes or longer, and costing $245.00.  The first followup visit, when the individualized treatment protocol is discussed, usually requires a fifty minute appointment and runs $165.00.


Office Procedures:

For your first patient visit, you will need to fill out some paperwork.  Please use the link below and follow the instructions there.  It is very helpful to get the paperwork filled out and sent to us at least a couple of days before your first visit.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time of service.  We do not take insurance and the link below will explain this and help you to find out how best to use your existing insurance.  We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Discover, or MasterCard).
