The "Basic Treatment Protocol" is the foundation to health. It includes MUST DO's that are each "stand-alone" principles (like diet, sleep, etc). It is also a basis for the specific customized treatment plans that are tailor-made for each patient and are designed to address specific health issues. In other words, additional exercises, nutrients, dietary changes, stress-reduction techniques, medications, etc. are added when needed to address your specific circumstances.
A wide variety of additional treatment modalities (or techniques) are used as needed. In addition to normal normal naturopathc modalities, they include things like laser therapy, prolotherapy, IV therapy, and more -- see the Meet Us page.
For clarity, the following three general categories are used to present a number of conditions we treat. Keep in mind that no specific condition totally fits into any single category and, in actuality, all three general groupings play a part in most situations encountered. For example, an autoimmune condition, while mostly viewed as an "immune" issue, can certainly affect specific hormone production via cell destruction, and very commonly is sparked by an environmental trigger.
"Immune Issues" include Cancer Support, Autoimmune Challenges, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, & Lyme Disease.
"Hormonal Issues" include Thyroid Dysfunction, Adrenal Fatigue, Diabetes, as well as the Sex Hormones & Artful Aging.
"Environmental Issues" include Environmental Medicine, General Detoxification, and Heavy Metal Detoxification.
